Installation of Electric Supercharger

Below is general guide to follow. Each vehicles installation can be different.

1. Assemble the supercharger. You will notice two rubber adapters. See below based on type of installation:

A. Both rubber adapters will be used and installed on each end of the charger if your installing it between two air tubes. Such as, if installing between your factory air box or between two pipes of a cold air intake system. Keep in mind, the adapter can be changed depending which one works better for you. You must use a small screw driver and remote the white plastic connector. You must insert your screw driver inside push the pins holding the white plastic plug so you can pull the red and black wire out. This way you can swap the rubber adapters. You must reinstall the white plug just the same, making sure you insert the black and red in the same spot.

B. Only one adapter will be required, if you are using the provided air filter. The air filter will clamp on and the extra rubber adapter will not be used.

2. Disconnect your car battery. Not only will this allow for safe installation, but also reset your computer so it can learn the new air settings.

3. Install the supercharger as directed above, and modify and use the rubber adapters depending how you install this product. The rubber adapters must be a TIGHT air tight seal. If your air intake configuration doesn't allow the above installation because of space issues (such as filter hitting something), you may need to shorten the length of your factory or aftermarket air tube.

4. Install the wiring to the battery and decide the best method for your case to activate the charger. The witch should be installed and assembled near the accelerator linkage in the engine compartment or under or near the pedal. Make sure the micro-switch is only activated at wide-open throttle. Continues running of the charger is not good for the charger and can cause engine to shut off because of the extra air flow while car is in idle.

5. Start your engine and test the charger while car is not moving. Floor the car while car is idle and see if the charger turns on. If not make sure the switch is making contact when FULL THROTTLE.
